One of our developers just fixed this bug today, so we need to test the fix and then we'll aim to roll it out next week. I'll let you know when the fix is live!
Just to keep you in the loop, I'm working with our engineers to get that Paypal issue fixed. I'll update you when it's fixed!

We manage the two networks completely separately, since they are indeed two separate networks. We have different Admin teams for each.
We apply similar practices, though: so to that extent what you learn from the book will be applicable.
However, addressing cultural elements within your network (such as the things that make Latin American/Spanish people different from English-speaking people) is VERY critical to the success of your network.
