I'm sorry that I took so long to accept you. I hadn't noticed your request. Actually, things have changed with opentok. They are going to the WebRTC version and it isn't free. I have now started using http://www.sifonr.com/ . We are pretty happy with it.
The rooms are easy to set up. Just go to their site, where it says to enter a topic, just write what you want to name the room. After you create the room, click the "invite" button. You will see an embed code there. I chose to use a pop up window instead of an embed. I used the generator on WIMPY to create the code. Let me know if you like it.
