    You should submit a ticket at the Help Center. If you have a Plus or Pro plan, you will receive assistance within 24 hours (it usually does not take that long). As Ning staff are often here on the Forums, you can create a post about your particular issue. Some of us are quite able to help other network creators with their issues.
