I'm a youth worker 'by trade' operating in Northern Ireland and approaching a quarter of a century in this line of work and created The LID (Leadership through Intercultural Dialogue) Programme for youth workers from mainly Northern Ireland interested in opportunities to mix with practitioners from across Europe.
