This is a specific feature request, that I can't answer without researching. I am backed up with client projects right now. If I knew the answer or had done it before, I would be really happy to share that with you. But, I'm not sure about what you're asking. And, unfortunately I can't see the site example you sent without joining. Maybe try posing your question and example on http://www.theme-worx.com/
I know that they do a good deal of CSS tweaking with comment walls. I actually just remembered this while typing message.

What are you trying to do with the comment box? I don't know of a way, off the top of my thoughts, on how to change the formatting - - other than the default layout. You are referring to this comment wall box?
