HI Joe- Emily from ning sent a ticket in December to the product team. I just followed-up now to see the status. I do not have premium support so that may affect my priority status. I'm hoping it is a relatively easy fix but possibly it is not if you have had the same issue going back a year. I'm keeping my fingers crossed because my users only prefer to post and will not manage responses to events because of the missing data.
I have had the same problem for the last year or so. How do we get Ning to correct this? I tried to get them to correct about a year ago, but no luck. When I invite all members they do not show up in the Not Yet RSVPed section. This is not good because when other members look at Not Yet RSVPed, then they do not think many people have been invited to the event so the event to them is less attractive. Does anyone know how to contact Ning about this?
