I hold a BA in journalism from "The" Ohio State University. The past several years, however, I've focused on the evolving social media space -- building and managing online communities at Intuit, Symantec and Cadence Design Systems as a community manager. And most recently, helping community managers do the same in the Client Services Department at Lithium Technologies at some of the largest companies around the world.
