  Actually, i only paid Godaddy for the domain name (9.99 usd/yr) then i go premium here in ning to remove the .ning in my url (4.99usd/mo). then integrate the name that i bought in godaddy to ning so that it will show my domain name without .ning. hope this helps. you can also check this tutorial provided by ning.

  Im using godaddy domain name. i think if you are going to use Ning better choose go daddy. it is very simple to integrate the domain name to ning network. im not really sure if other domain host are okey. but so far, go daddy works fine with me.
