    George, again, profile comments on Creators are not the way to solve an issue. I suggest you contact the Help Center so we can figure out wht's going on.

    Hey George,

    There's no email issue that's going on to my knowledge. Unfortunately, once the email leaves our servers, we don't have much control over its arrival — its really up to your mail host. If it's an ongoing issue, I suggest you contact the Help Center. Profile Comments on Creators aren't a great way to get a problem investigated.
