  I think I figured out why it's so hard to contact the Ning Help Center. They made it easier. Go to your network then: My Network (Manage) >>> Support >>> Contact Support.

  There is no way for you to do what you are asking, and the Ning Help Center is for technical problems that need to be repaired on our networks, not advice. It seems to me you just need advice, which is what the Creators network is for.
  
  You are right about it being difficult to contact the Ning Help Center. i just made an attempt to do so, and I am having the same problem you are having. This is new. I have been on Ning for almost three years, and this has never occurred! I'll have to find out what the devil is going on. Thanks for pointing out this problem, Yared.

  If you want help, you have options. You could request assistance by posting it here in the Forums, or if it is serious (and you have a Plus or Pro account), you can submit a ticket to the Ning Help Center. It's not hard at all.
