  Hey,
  As a temporary fix for your subtabs, try this CSS in yout advanced appearance box:
  
  
#xg_navigation ul div.xg_subtab,
#xg_navigation ul div.xg_subtab ul,
#xg_navigation ul div.xg_subtab ul li,
#xg_navigation ul div.xg_subtab ul li a {
margin-top:-9px;
}

  
  Put it at the very bottom.
  
  I'm relatively sure you don't need all the lines, but try them all first to se if it helps. Then delete the selectors (the lines that lend in commas) one at a time to see which one or more you actually need.
