  There are a few Creators who have leftover 2.0 sites.  You could try to contact SweetPotato, Jen (JenSocial), Garfield and even TJ (from TJ Query).  There are many more but they may have, or know, someone who is open to unloading a 2.0.  Just bear in mind that the code on your 2.0 will continue to degrade over time and there's not much Ning will be able to do but place a bandaid.  That is the ever-changing internet for ya'. 3.0 has the 'new' HTML5 code and will continue to improve.  Not so for 2.0.
