It looks like TinyMCE is on their 7th version which offers more customization options. I believe we are on version 4.

I see TinyMCE 4 came out in 2013. What does TinyMCE 7 have that version 4 does not? Which ones are important?
Is TinyMCE for all users or only for, say, admins and developers?
