Current status of the Ning Platform is always available on the Ning Status Blog.

I have an rss feed that used to display job postings from my jobs board on to my ning home page. I installed the rss feed two years ago and never touched it as it worked fine. This function stopped working a little over two weeks ago and I submitted a support ticket. I have also asked for help via the chat box. I keep being told that "the team" is looking into this rss feed issue, but no answers. I mean, two weeks. I've been a ning customer for 12 years. I have never experienced this kind of slow fix time. The lack of this rss feed functionality makes my business look unprofessional so my urgency to fix this problem is urgent.

Have any of you ran into this issue or something similar? Any help from the community will be greatly appreciated.
