SSL certificate expired - site down

Hello,

The ssl certificate of my site has expired, and my network is down.
I received an email from letsencrypt telling me that my ssl certificate was going to expire, but without any further information on what to do.
Usually Ning takes care of that, but this time it was obviously not done.

Do you have any idea what I can do, other than waiting for the client service to open on Monday.

Thanks for your help
Regards

  • I made a call to customer service. It is not a problem with the ssl certificate. But they couldn't tell me what it was. Probably because it's Sunday? The problem should be solved early this week. I hope so...
