I replaced this Feedback page by creating a a page and using a Facebook app for the reply section. See it here: Feedback. I believe it makes it a little more legit.

Please feel free to post your actual feedback on my page!

Also notice that I used the Language Editor to change out of few of the defaulted text and links on the footer.
