You don't have to run after third party apps or something. Your ning network has its own feedback page. Have you ever noticed that?
For your feedback page url would be something like http://yournetwork.ning.com/main/index/feedback

yep, and you can also access it at the bottom of the pages of the network...
I replaced this Feedback page by creating a a page and using a Facebook app for the reply section. See it here: Feedback. I believe it makes it a little more legit.

Also notice that I used the Language Editor to change out of few of the defaulted text and links on the footer.
