I have just checked your network and it seems to be working fine at the moment, please accept our apologies for the temporary inconveniences.

Your network is back online, however, we have noticed another issue. Your A record for your custom domain name hasn't been set right, it was pointing to 184.168.221.23 but should point to 208.82.16.68. At the moment we have had to disable the domain mapping to make your network accessible (so it;s available by the link you have provided in your comment). In order to enable domain mapping again, you should point your A record to the IP I have mentioned earlier, if necessary you can check this article https://www.ning.com/help/troubleshoot-domain-mapping-issues-2/ it has more detailed info regarding domain mapping.
