Please check teh discussion you have started before https://creators.ning.com/forum/topics/any-hopes-with-live-streaming. JFarrow's reply is appropriate, you can embed the streams from youtube, facebook and basically any streaming platform which is allowing you to embed their product into another site.
The usage of such services is not forbidden, so you can use the streaming app, however, I have a strong feeling that I have misunderstood you here, so please proceed to the discussion you have opened before and explain a bit what do you mean under the streaming app.
