Hi All,
For several years, I've had an ongoing problem with my broadcast emails reaching my community members. The emails go to spam, and have a question mark icon. Here's the most recent response from Ning Support:
What about the problem with emails landing in spam folders, you already applied the DKIM and SPF records.
If the settings are applied currently, you can try to verify your network with Google Webmaster.
There is guidance on how to proceed with this https://www.ning.com/ning3help/verify-your-network-with-google-webmaster-tools/
According to Go Daddy, I have my DKIM and SPF records set up correctly and I have verified my network with Google Search Console. Is there anything else I can try? I desperately need this feature to work effectily; emails have to be received by my members. Otherwise, I'll have to conside migrating to another service that has better features and tools.
(Also, as an aside, if I include an image, I cannot center the image in the email. Maybe I could if I were a coder, but with the standard tools, I cannot do this. And if I include an image, odd text pops up when open the email. Sort of hard to explain and replicate, but it's something about the image size.)
If there is a consultant out there that has proven experience with getting broadcast emails to work properly, I'd consider hiring someone if that's necessary.
Thanks in advance,
Lucy Gray
