Current status of the Ning Platform is always available on the Ning Status Blog.
Is there a way we can have the system delay a Broadcast message? I really would like to set a date and time and walk away from the computer and just have it send at that moment.
This added feature is simple and will help a lot, plus every other system has this.

I have found this suggestion in our task tracking system and as I see you have already suggested integrating such changes to the functionality of the broadcast messages earlier. Unfortunately, there is only your vote under it so it would take a bit more time for the management to review it and the and determine the advisability of its implementation. However, I pinged in that task in order to bring the attention of right people to it.

Thank you so much I hope im not being frustrating. I believe people want it but dont know the suggestion of it. When you finally do it watch the convience of people using it to engage the audience. I'll keep quiet and will bring this up 4 months from now. In the meantime, I think I will hire and admin, in another time zone that can consistently be home at a certain time.
Sorry for my ignorance on this, but do the broadcast messages works like newsletters? (like mailchimp). Still haven't used them...
Actually, I think you give a good point. I think Ning wants us to use Mailchimp instead of their system, and just wont say it..
I feel so slow... I will look into this..as we have our own system so Im not sure why I really would have to go outside my website to handle this feature. But it looks like the move.

As I know the MailChimp integration has been added because of the numerous requests from the network's creators even here on creators, if you check some old discussion you may find the request to add the mail chimp or mentions that somebody is using MailChimp for their email campaigns. Of course, that would be cool to have the functionality like MailChimp offers build on our platform, but since their service oriented on the specific field (mailing services), I don't think that we will be able to create something that cool in short period of time and that the investments would be reliable.
