Facebook login error

My users are starting to experience the following error when logging in. Help!

>>>>From a user>>>>

When you try to sign in using Facebook, you get the following error message:-

"Can't load URL. The domain of this URL isn't included in the app's domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and subdomains of your app. to the App Domains Field in the app settings'.

And you can't send a report via. the  Bug  Report Page because the page doesn't work - that's why I'm having to message you here.  You get Unexpected Error 500 which - to my limited knowledge - just means the page doesn't know where to send the data!

  • Hi there!

In order to double check, whether all the settings are correct or not, we are offering you to add one of our QA team as a developer to your facebook application, so our agent will have access to all the settings of the selected application and will be able to make any necessary changes. Surely, once everything works properly, you can remove our agent from the developers' list.

In order to do it, please, open the "Roles" tab in the application and click on "Add developers" button http://take.ms/7DHxn

Please, use the following fbid 1367278592 to add our agent http://take.ms/GjvzZ and let us know once you have done that so we can check your case right away.

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Best wishes,

    Ning Team.

  • Hi Kyryl, and thanks for this response. I am confused! I don't have any app I have developed and the screens you sent me are not familar to me. We are just using the built-in functionality of Ning 2 to allow FB logins

    • Hi there!

In order to use facebook login functionality, first the app on the facebook side should be created, without it, you won't be able to use inbuilt functionality you have mentioned. The Facebook app is providing the details upon the request of the inbuilt functionality

      Best regards,

      Ning Team.

      • Ok, Kyryl, thanks. How do I go about setting the app up?
