Under Site & Pages, in the Forum section, I can control who can contribute to the Forum forums. How can I control who can contribute to the forums in each of the Groups? I have turned on Members under Who Can Contribute in the Forum section of Site & Pages. I have a user who has the Add Discussion button in the Forum, but they cannot add a discussion in the Forum under Groups. Thank You.

Hi there!
In order to control who can contribute in the forum which located in the group, you have to open the group itself, click on the "Option" and choose "Manage pages" from the list. Then you will see the light version of site builder, there you should find forum page, choose it, and in the middle of the screen, you will the setting which is responsible for the contribution permissions.
However, if the member can see the button "Add discussion" he/she has all the necessary permissions to create the discussion. Maybe there is an issue with cache and if the member would clear cache and cookies everything would start working properly, however, it would be better to investigate this a case a bit. so could you please provide me with the link to the group and the link to the profile of the member we are talking about. If this information should stay confidential you can use private messages here on creators :-)
