Frustration!

This is the screen my memmber would see after they press the payment button at Subscription Page, when they are trying to sign up to my network.

It has been happening for more than a month, response from the NING support team is always the same, "our tech team is doing their best to fix the issue in the nearest time.", same response on day 1, and probably day 30.

It seems that NING is not caring about the subscription revenue, but I do care, and care about it very much!

Anyone have the same problem?

Any suggestion to me, so that I can drive the NING tech team working more "efficiently"?
