According to the last year events, following the European Court of Justice sentence (16 July 2020 ) Schrems II case (available here), transfers of personal data to third countries may take place only if the personal data exporter established in the EU has provided appropriate safeguards provided by for Article 46 of GDPR.
Now all this mess is a cause of big concern for us Europeans who use Ning.
My question is, how Ning is facing this issue? Are Ning planning something or the matter don't affect at all their agenda?
