I came across this article just now, and thought I'd share it with you all. My reason for sharing, is, I actually, about 3 months ago made very similar changes and what do ya know......my ad revenue has increased about 90%........

On other (non-Ning) sites, the big ads always perform well (336px wide, I think). However, there's no easy way to integrate these into every forum post etc on Ning (that I know of), so I'm not using them.

Im wanting to talk with someone who was fast enough to get with Bing, but doubt you can run Bing and Google... i don't know think Google would really appreciate that! LOL

We used it for months, like 6 as a test, it made DIMES compared to the dollars from google. We're in the fashion and beauty industry so killer keywords were never an issue, it didn't perform for us and we did notice a slowdown when it did load, hope you find different!
