Hi there,
I would like to create a new Member category. That pay member would be able to upload as many photos as they want. But a standard member can upload only one photo per day.
I would like to limit every a standard member can do, and give privileges for my pay members. But everyone be able to see all the content.
How can i do that?

Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to set a specific number of photos per day that a member can upload and assign it to the category. I believe it can be arranged with the help of the custom code and API.
However, I can see the following workarounds without involving above-mentioned coding:
You can create two separate photo pages, photos from free members will be approved manually, so they cannot upload more than 1 per day, and paid members can upload an unlimited number of photos to the second photo page. But as you understand, this strategy will require two separate photo pages, which can be an inconvenience.
If you decide to allow photo upload only to paid members - that will be way easier to arrange.
