How to generate activity...

I found a good way to generate activity on my network : 

You just need to go in the language editor and search for "Settings" 

Change "Settings" by :

Thanks for the tip. I removed the shopping cart icon since I don't have classifieds (yet) on my site. However, I use the three column layout and so only 4 icons fit in a row, thus I have a second row with just one icon. Can these be adjusted slightly smaller so that the last icon moves up with the others?

Just change the width of all your icons. It will fit. 
Make them smaller.

I guess you need to be logged in to see them above the forum posts.

They only appear there for the admin. 
Visitors and members don't see them ! :-)  
It's not a big deal...  
Just realized it's the same thing for : /leaderboards  (Only admin see the icons)

not sure I understand.... the change (with the icons to promote activity) in the language editor you provided will not be seen by members? Only admins? Or are you talking about something else that won't be seen?
