Current status of the Ning Platform is always available on the Ning Status Blog.
I can't figure it out and my default mobile site for 2.0 is the worst thing I've ever seen. I can't even disable. That whole "delete mobile pages" does not work.
I have a weebly page that I would like to serve as the mobile page. Any help?

You could try bying the responsive code from SweetPotato

You can't have a weebly page as your main page for mobile.. in order to get to yout mobile just add /m to the end of your URL
