Increase Twitter Mentions with Language Editor

Something that gets me a lot of followers on Twitter is having my Twitter username in Tweets from my site content, and I make this easy for members by changing something in the language editor:

Look for Checking out "%1$s" on %2$s:

And replace with Checking out "%1$s" on @TWITTERNAME

result:

I get a lot more mentions this way and hence more followers.
