While reading the forum it has become clear that many Ning Creators are experiencing problems with either Merging or other problems...
Does anyone know an address for Ning Headquarters and actual management?
Ning pushed me by offering a special deal to merge to a 3.0 from my 2.0 --- why? If it can't be done successfully why push it on creators?
This terrible service indicates that someone somewhere does not care about us- the customers- very unprofessional...which makes me question the financial status of ning...
I have formally requested a refund of my monthly fees to Ning for the month of Aug. as I have not had proper access to my Ning 2.0 or 3.0...and all this has done is upset me during an already stressful time-we do not need this too!!
Hire more techs or pay them better- so they can actually get problems fixed in a timely manner!
So, now that I complain openly Ning will probably never fix my website! I have begged, I have pleaded, I have said PLEASE so many times I can type it in my sleep.
