We are sorry for the delay!
Our representative was not able to check pending members for some time, but now all applications were processed, and if your colleague was not approved - it is probable because her email address was not listed as Network Creator or administrator on any network.
If her application was declined, she can register again and you can PM me her email address so I can promptly accept her :)
