I've had my Ning site for over a decade and a few years ago started to get members complaining about how it was "clunky" on mobile phones.
It's a classic car website, with a LOT of content. 650 members with an average age of 55
I took the plunge and upgraded to 3.0 last year, hoping it would be a better mobile experience.
Myself, as a seasoned user, think it's OK but a lot of my members are older users, accustomed to Facebook and still find the mobile version hard to navigate.
Does anyone else get similar feedback?
