Hello,
I was wondering if there was a script that can be added to the custom code to allow members to use more css3 and html elements? Such as being able to use css tabs and html data filter ? We're a community that very much likes to edit our pages with css and html. We've worked around not being to use scripts on our pages, but we are still somewhat limited with css and html.

Hi there!
CSS which is getting added to the Custom CSS section under design studio or in the HTML boxes is not getting modified by us. The level of CSS support is completely determined by the browser used to open the site, and it cannot be modified by the javascript.
Regarding the support of HTML tags, the level of their support is determined on the server and cannot be modified with javascript.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best regards,
Ning Team.
By browser used to open the site do you mean what browser the creator used to open it up or what browser members use ? Because we all use browsers that support a lot of css. But we can't use them (like tabs) on the site.
Seeing that html tags aren't always supported, that means it's not the browser but the servers that ends up limiting us right?
Hi there!
By the browser, I mean the program (Chrome, FireFox Internet Explorer etc ) the users (it doesn't matter NC or member of the network) using to open the network. There are no restrictions to the text of the properties of the styles that you are using on the site. Here is the list of some properties with the information since witch browser version they are supported (https://www.w3schools.com/CSSref/css3_browsersupport.asp).
Regarding HTML tags, yep, some tags could be removed by the servers soft, or recompiled into something else after submission.

Okay. I understand that the servers is what is limiting us.
Do you know why we can't search a custom domain to use in domain mapping? We've type what we want and click search but we get a page that says Service Unavailable
Hi there!
As I see for some reason on the domain mapping page you still have the tab to search for the custom domain, however, this service is not available anymore for about 2 years. I'm sorry for the confusion I'll create the task to remove that field form the domain mapping page of your network. Unfortunately, it's not possible to search for available domains through the domain mapping section anymore, but you can contact the domain providers directly.
Apologies for any inconveniences.

Ning Team.
