My site is getting blacklisted

One of our members was not able to access the site. Their IT team sent this message.

How to ensure that the site is whitelisted and not blocked. This is professional network.

This web site's IP address has been reported to one or more internet blacklists. This means it will be blocked until it has been cleared/removed. I was unable to locate the specific block list however did fine one anti-virus flagging it as malicious:

After reviewing this site on a test connection I feel fairly certain it is not malicious and it does not appear to be exhibiting any behavior that would call it into question. There *are* several other websites (762 of them) hosted on this same IP address it is very possible that some of these other sites have been used to spread malware or various other malicious payloads
