Most likely the fastest way is to go inside the Design studio and look under header and then adjust the padding to something less... looks like about 30 px so lower that number... if that doesn't work let me know and ill help you with a little bit of CSS code to adjust it.. hope this helps
Thank you... had tried Design Studio to no effect. Bizz’s suggestion (below) worked.

As JF said this is normally in the design studio but sometimes it's been hard coded in for the individual themes. You can adjust with a little css though, try this below should sort it out for you.
