    I have checked the communication you had with our Support Agent on the 3rd of January, and I can see that Max had an impression that you want to cancel the subscription to the site right away, and since you unexpectedly left the chat he took it upon himself to cancel it as a precaution in order to avoid future billing. I apologize for this misunderstanding.
