Current status of the Ning Platform is always available on the Ning Status Blog.

Does anyone else have trouble tickets that just sit there. Is this a Ning 2 thing since it is such an old platform? Are all tech support on Ning 3 now? I have some trouble tickets that are over 6 months old. They were not a big issue, so I just let them slide. But, right now, I have two problems that are causing me to lose potential members. We are going on day 6 now. Am I just too impatient? How long do we have to wait to get problems fixed?

    It is true, that in terms of updates and new features, we are focusing on 3.0 platform, but when it comes to tech issues and bugs, we spread our resources equally between two platforms, and it mostly depends on the severeness and number of affected networks. 

    I just checked the statuses of your recent complaints - the issue with "The page isn’t redirecting properly" error message is on rework now, and the bug with a Public home page is being reviewed by a developer. 

    We apologize a lot for keeping you waiting, I hope the issues will be resolved in the nearest future.
