As far as I can see one of my colleagues has already created the report and passed your issue to the tech team. Once there would be any solution we will let you know. Also, I would like to inform you that we have renovated the servers recently and after several issues have appeared, our tech team is trying their best to fix them all as soon as possible. I do apologize that your, probably first, experience with Ning wasn't really pleasant, but we hope that you would be satisfied when we will return the stability that we have had before renovation.
