If you want to build a thick video library on your Ning network, try out this tool Ive been using for over a year called Video Alerts.
Go to Video-Alerts.com and sign up, add keywords related to your network and when new videos hit the Youtube index with your keywords you get an alert to see if they are worth putting on your network.
What it looks like in your email
As I mentioned, some of them aren't worth your time, but many will be.
Workflow:
Click on a video inside your email
Click the small Youtube logo on the video to be taken to the video on Youtube
Click Share> Embed grab the embed code and add it to your network inside Video embed page
Make sure the description of the video copied over... ADD To IT for better seo
Over time, you can build up quite a video library for your members while encouraging them to add to it...
