    Hi John, I looked at you link ESM and I am very interested on that, my problem with NING paid access today is just one: they just accept payment in US Dollar and as I am in Brazil I can't offer this service, people must be able to pay in our local currency, Brazilian REAL.

    Today I run a network with almos 12000 members and an average of 20 new member a day. In November we start asking for donation and we could get so far over 400 members contributions. My members want to pay for the service as it is a very specific network. Looking forward to your comments.

    Thanks John, that is music to my ears! I was sort of in a catch-22 because I didn't want to get all these freebie members and then have to pull the rug out from under their feet. Also, I really don't want to do all the setup myself for the subscription program myself, so paying a reasonable fee for you guys to set it up would be awesome. Meanwhile, I will purchase my own domain through GoDaddy so that part is done anyway. I think I can probably handle that part :)

    While I'm gaining my first 250 members, I will be looking at all your videos and learning about how to manage the tools you provide. Then when we get close to 250, we'll turn it over to you guys to implement. That would be ideal.... :)

    Greetings! I'm a new Ning Creator, ready to launch my site, but troubled over monetizing it. I plan to offer it free for the first 250 members, then convert to an annual fee. Your EMS product seems ideal. However, two questions:

    1) Could I grandfather my first 250 members in perpetuity? In other words, once I implemented EMS, would existing members with passwords be locked out?

    2) As you can tell I am NOT technical at all. Have your considered offering an implementation service for people like me where we could pay your company to implement the EMS for us? Every time somebody says "go into your DNS" I start to get sweaty palms, and I've worked WAY TOO HARD to build out my network to bugger it up with my own technical ineptitude :)

    Hey John - I've been keeping up to date with your posts, and when you give your background on your company and say:

    "We started our Ning network in April of 2008. By August we had over 20K members and over 40k by January."

    I am extremely curious as to how you grew so quickly, what avenues you took and how you got the word out about your site? I know that this wasn't your first site and you have experience growing, but my site www.DirectSales.biz, is my first site and I would just love to hear from someone who has been so successful, how you got there?
