Hello Fellow Creators,
My members are having difficulty posting more then one post- they describe some sort of a picture captcha popping up that consists of cars and road signs? And they say they must click these items several times before they can post? HUh????? Anyone having this issue?
The following ismy 2 members complaints- this is to my saying I do not have a captcha on the site!
"Wow, Susie I'm surprised you said that because there is a CAPTChA on this forum (for me personally?) that has been a big challenge for about 3 weeks. If I post more than 4 comments or start new discussions it makes me jump through hoops clicking on pictures of cars, street signs and roads."
The worst problem is trying to correct what I have written because CAPTCHA will pop up again directing me to more endless clicks of pictures. After clicking correctly on 20, 30+ pictures CAPCha has told me to try again later and won't let me post a discussion or comment on this forum.
"yes, I have to click the pictures of cars or road signs FAR TOO OFTEN when I post here. It in fact discourages me from posting more often. and I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that 'service' has a CAPCHA logo on it."
I have requested a screen shot- but have you ever heard of this??!!!

Hi Suzie,
If it's necessary you can disable Captcha in Network Details section. At the very bottom of that page, you will see the tick box near "Ask members to fill out a captcha if their posts look spammy.", just untick it to disable CAPTCHA.
