I have almost 10,000 users in my network, it does not stop growing, it would be great if users received a congratulation on their birthday via email ... is not it a good idea?

I have just as many users and I think this is a great idea. In fact, I have already implented an idea like this already on my site. A member export will give you the birthday info and I created a macro in Excel to messages all the users who have a birthday on their birthday.
This is a great way to "touch" base with all of your members at least once a year without leaving anyone out.
