Yes yhere is a way of doing something like that, i've made various things like this over the years and found the blog or forum instances a good thing to use especially in a group. I will russle something up to demo as it's something I was going to add to my site eventually with also a classifieds section. Here is something I made a long while back and will be able to make it better now but it's just to give an example of what can be done, this is using a group and a blog instance.
