    We have checked the issue with Facebook share and, unfortunately, we are not sure what exactly is causing "Could not retrieve data from URL". If you turn off your domain mapping, the share works correctly with your default URL kpopway.ning.com. That's why we suppose that it has something to do with your custom domain name provider settings, so we can only offer you to contact GoDaddy support (as we can see your kpopway.com was bought there).

    • Hello Anastasia. I had a call with Godaddy support. They only told me that my nameservers in the domain are not pointing to NING hosting!...very strange thing, as I remember I changed that.

      Can you please tell me which nameservers I need to point to? Thanks!
