Current status of the Ning Platform is always available on the Ning Status Blog.

I am on a Ning 2 platform and there is no support.  I have trouble tickets that are months old and when I ask for an update, I get a copy/paste responce.

I've already passed it to our Tech Unit.
We will keep you updated and inform you once any feedback is received.

If you are trying to get us on Ning 2 to leave.  Just tell us. Do not keep us dangling with no support.

  • You could try going to  https://www.ning.com/   then click on the live chat at the bottom right you can chat with a support agent who then may be able to get some help for you

  • I don't even bother with tickets anymore.  I just call them.
