Current status of the Ning Platform is always available on the Ning Status Blog.

I'm happy for the new changes but also tired of it. Every Time when ning changes something you guys are making a mess in my network with the codes. everything changes the look the codes and the colors.. PLUS I'm paying for a service to host my site no for promoting NING with your ADs on every part in my network. don't forget the new Cookie banner pop up from ning. This new cookie is showing add promoting NING to creating a network on ning and this is showing to our members. I descovered it from another computer 370 miles away from home with my account in my site as a regular member.... FACEBOOK is free and i know what is the price for host your information on facebook. but NING is not FREE we are paying hundreds of dollars every year for a service as a platform...  HERE IS THE LOOK ON SMART PHONES. The box for texts messages and requests it hides to the left side.

  • Facebook just annouced it will be giving group admins the ability to charge member to post content 

    • That is great because here with ning we pay for a service and plus we are under ning terms to let ning promoter NING platform with the cookies and the Powered by Ning. in our networks.

    Here is the cookies banner which is presented on the network to the members if you have enabled it, with the custom text on it.40795532?profile=RESIZE_930x

    As you may see the Ning isn't mentioned on that banner, could you please provide the screenshot of the banner which has been presented to you? At this moment I do suppose you have received the banner related to the GDPR addendum which is shown only to the network creators and members cannot see it, but in order to make sure please provide the screenshot.

    Regarding the issue with the friends box and sign up that you have reported, in order to test the issue please provide us with the name of your network, as I see you have closed the URL on the screenshot. Without that link or the email address of teh network creator, we won't be able to investigate the issue and get it resolved. If you don't wish to share this information publically, you can send it to me via private message or contact us via ticket livechat or phone call in order to provide the details needed for the investigation.
