I am told by Support that the reason why images are not loading on our website is because of a “Mess issue”.
Does anyone know what this means, and how to fix it?

I am very sorry for the confusion! Our representative wanted to say that it is a massive issue that is being experienced by lots of networks, and it is caused by the maintenance of the servers.
I was just recently notified that this problem was fixed, so please let us know if you still experience any issues with missing photos/videos.

Also when you upload say more than one photo at once it will show the first photo u select that many times not each indivual photo
Yes, I also reported that to Ning Support a while back - but not fixed yet.

Can you please try uploading several photos via your iPad device? I can see that this issue was marked as resolved yesterday, but if it still can be reproduced I will send it to rework.

Yes, the photographs load OK now, but we still get the long sting of unnecessary characters, rather than the original image title.

The photo title automatically picks up the name of the image on your device. Here I tried to upload a random photo from my PC:

Are you sure that your photo doesn't have the same name on your device?
