Current status of the Ning Platform is always available on the Ning Status Blog.

In the latest versions of Chrome and Safari on MacBook Pro running Mojave v10.14.5 (18F132), I can no longer drag items on the Features Layout management page.  Any attempt to do so results in page item selection, even though I appear to have the correct cursor for feature movement.  Anyone else seeing this?

  • Hi Mark!

A frozen Features Layout will sometimes occur as a result of an issue with Javascript. A simple hard refresh or two on your end should resolve the issue, pulling in a new version of the page.

To hard refresh on a Mac, press the Shift, Command, and 'R' keys simultaneously in Firefox or Chrome. On a PC, press Ctrl and F5 at the same time. You may need to do this a few times, but that will usually resolve the issue.

    Best regards,

    The NING Team

  • Anastasia, yes, I tried Shift-Refresh in both browsers and that didn't resolve the issue on my older MacBook Pro, but on my newer work MacBook Pro the Features Layout functionality works.  Odd, but I guess I'm good here.  Thanks!

    Mark
