Earlier in the year, it seemed like Ning support had changed their game a bit. like a new broom had come in. I was hopeful that we might return to the reliable service of yesteryear (and the use of this rather archaic term is really rather apprrpriate given that the days of reliability are receding into the mists of time).
Then as of a few weeks ago, it was back to the New-Ning SNAFU. Problem after problem. Now even support hasn't been working for the past few days. Whether it's 15 minutes, 15 days, 15 weeks or 15 months, Ning can at least be counted on for reliably NOT resolving issues.
(And by the way Ning, you've long lost the right to be light-hearted with your error messages. Messages like "oops" grate at the best of times, but when it's the primary response from the providers of such a dilapidated service, it's very certainly not even mildly amusing).
