Hi, I wonder does anyone have any solutions to two problems im having with my new forum.

First being that when you click on the options button on 'my page' the menu is not displaying properly. It appears that the box isn't wide enough that the words cover and photo overlap each other making the menu unreadable. I have tried changing font size etc but cant get anything to work. Any ideas? I have had a number of people contact me already to ask how they can update their profile photo so would like to get it sorted. Thanks

The second glitch is the friend requests and message buttons dont work in Google Chrome or Firefox but dose in Explorer any ideas? I should also point out that both of these issues only exist in the desktop version. The mobile version seems to work fine. I am using the sunrise theme.

  • Hi there!

    Please try to put this code to your custom CSS in design studio

    .optionsDropdown-list { width: 12em; }

    Just in case, here is the screenshot with the place where you should insert the code

    3240144?profile=RESIZE_1024x1024

    Hope it helps.

    Best wishes,

    Ning team.

    • You are a gem, thank you. It worked :) Thanks also for such a quick response.

      Now all I need is for someone to fix the other glitch as well and I will be a very happy man.

      • Well, you can describe them here and I'll see what I can do :-)

          I am also discovering is is only happening on one of my computers so hopefully its just a confined incident.

          • Hi there!

            I've checked the message button on your network and it seems to be working fine with the latest chrome and firefox versions. I can suggest updating the browsers, also it's p[ossible that some extensions might be blocking those buttons, so you can try to disable extensions and check whether it would help or not.

            In any case please let me know about the results.

            Best regards,

            Ning Team.
